  Great and friendly staff! Though it can be a wait in the line only having two tellers in that bank. Beautiful building!

  If I could leave zero stars I would I came to this bank to drop off some deposits for my job I don't know who designed the tubes for this bank but my option a very dumb idea I don't know of any other bank where you have to open the tubes sideways anyways I had to deposits and tried my best to flatten them to fit the tube closed and went up appernttly it opened and got stuck so the teller asked me if I had more then one deposit I said yes and explained I tried flatten it and it closed she said she would send the tube back and to send them one at a time, well five minutes later she asks me if am gonna send the tube back I replied I never got it then she tells me it's stuck and to give her a minute, then she tells me very rudely "for future reference, you are not allowed to do that" wow! Really! How very ignorant she doesn't communicate with me at all then all of a sudden I hear a plunk, and there is my deposit slips no thanks have a nice day nothing, for future reference I will be taking my business elsewhere the teller was very rude, very unprofessional in her manner.

  I love this bank! Not only do I love this bank, I love my banker Rachel!! Very well spoken and very Beautiful! She makes sure she tells me everything that's going on and makes sure i get the best! I just love her.. she makes banking here even better!

  If you walk in to this bank you better be wearing a mask or else you get threatened I was there about 2 weeks ago to make a deposit, I walked into the lobby I saw all the signs on the doors didn't see anything stating a mask was required I wear one all day at my job and appreciated the fresh air. I walked in and was greeted by an older man he asked me if I had a mask I apologised and asked if it was required cause I didn't see anything on the doors that stated otherwise. He tells me no, then says "he suggests the next time I come in I should be wearing a mask" then walked away. I understand everyone is scared, but there is no excuse to threaten me because I wasn't wearing a mask, this was my first time there and needless to say that's the last time I will go in.

  I've such a very pleasant experience in Branch at downtown Elyria, the service is always quick(wnich I love)..lol and Nicole has been great...thank you😊

  Old historical building, really cool inside. Worth a look at the very least.
