  Bad business period. I spent hour and half waiting for them to verify whatever they verify. I was approved for my loan but I didn't even want it. I felt like I had to prove I wasn't lying about everything and they really do not care about time. I would try another place if your looking for a loan. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

  This is the only place that I know of where one can get a loan while Social Security. The staff were always friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable about going into debt. Thank you.

  Well ...may I say when ever I visit the store , I was greeted nicely ,with smiles, some laughs sometime . I must admit all three woman ..do a great job of being professional , helpful call out reminders , and pleasant faces when it's time to greet . I would go there just to say hello, even if I'm not doing business , that's the vibe I get when present .

  Tried To Take A Loan Out For Rent but They Wouldnt Let Me Because My Name Isnt On My Card. Even with Me showing My Bank Statements they Wouldnt Allow!! My Card Was Provided through The Job Its An Employee Card! I Even Explained My Situation still Didnt Get Help!! Thanks Northstar For My Eviction Notice !

  Such a GREAT experience! The ladies behind the glass were so friendly and helpful! Unlike other places, they didn't make me feel like a piece of trash..instead I felt welcomed and had an AWESOME experience! Thank You Ladies!
