      I’ve been a member at the Northside federal credit union for over 18 years and have never had a bad experience over that time period. All employees have been very courteous, kind and prompt with all of my interactions over the years.

      Such a great credit union! I am an employee at Northside and I an extremely happy with the service and care each employee shows all their customers. I worked with Kevin on an auto loan. He helped explain everything and was very helpful.

      The online website is never available nor easy to long onto. I don't always want to have to wait and see what my balance is during business hours. Even when asked to fill out forms by the teller, it is difficult to long on and complete those.

      I may change my opinion later down the road, but as of today I have to say that the receptionist was rude. Basically said she couldn't assist my account because they receive hundreds of applications a day. I was put on hold then hung up on.
