  I began my house search in late 2020 and my Real Estate Agent recommended that I go with Northport Funding. I called Jason to discuss a few questions and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Jason and his team were available to help at just about any time I wanted, they helped guide me through the entire process, offered me a very low rate that I couldn’t beat elsewhere, and they made the diligence and data gathering process simple and straightforward. There was nothing more I could have asked for throughout the process, and I went from knowing nothing about a home purchase to being a satisfied homeowner in less than two months. Before I started down this path, I assumed purchasing a home would be very complicated and confusing, but it really wasn’t at all and Northport Funding was a big reason. I think I even closed 12 days early when all was said and done.

  I found NorthPort through a well targeted Facebook ad. Digging through the replies on the thread, I found a good amount of positive reviews and was excited to work with Atrion who is one of the owners. I filled out the contact form and received an email with an appointment soon that Michael Schmit would be contacting me. At first I was concerned since Atrion was the name I had seen, however that diminished quickly while talking to Michael. I had a unique situation and was looking for a team to help me come up with a plan and every lender I had spoken with only wanted to focus on solving the easy refinance. Michael took my issue to his team and came back with a plan that would put me on the path to solving everything. We closed in 8 business days from pulling credit. Throughout the entire process both Michael and Seamus were amazing with communication following up and making sure I knew where the process was even after hours. I truly believe this is a rare team that not only are they experts in their field, they've mastered the perfect amount of communication. Along with that, the additional other agencies they work with match them in capability. I'm sure Atrion is great to work with but I'll be working with Michael and Seamus on any funding I need in the future.

  North Port was fast, easy, and professional. We worked with Atrion Faola. We've purchased 7 homes and refinanced numerous times. I've never had a refinance go this smoothly. He provided new web based tools to help us choose our loan program. Everything was web based, using the most up to date systems. We knew where our loan was at every step, from underwriting to approval. We've never had such a great experienced. I would recommend North Port without hesitation!

  Kyle did a great job keeping us informed on what we needed to collect to be ready for closing. He gave great advice too.
