  Chris Britt is one of the best loan officers I have ever worked with in 18 years. He does what he says he will do and finds a way to easily navigate you through the mortgage process. He is especially good at understanding non conforming or investment property financing. If it were not for Chris and Northpointe Bank we would not have been able to finance two of our properties at all.

  As my husband and I were new to the home buying process and the VA loan, we were very selective on who and how we wanted to move forward buying our house. Sebastian and Northpointe came highly recommended through some family and friends . Sebastian was extremely patient, and attentive with us as we did not know much about the process. He was punctual, respective, and most importantly knowledgeable and informative on the process. My husband had done a majority of this process while on working on the west coast, and he made everything completely easy and painless for him and I. Sebastian and Northpointe on many occasions personally took time “off the clock” to help us due to time changes and a demanding work schedule. With the world changing rapidly , it’s hard to find good trustworthy people. Even after completing our process we had received a custom gift from Sebastian and Northpointe, what makes it different is that they had chosen special things that were unique to us and even our puppies. 10/10 would recommend to anyone new to the mortgage/ home buying process, especially military/LE families.

  I recently refinanced my home and and worked with Sebastian. I just have to say that I have purchased several homes in the past and this by far was the most satisfying experience I have ever had. Sebastian is so personable and was always so easy to reach and quick to return m calls. He worked hard and made the process so easy for me. I would definitely recommend him and this company to my friends and family and anyone looking to purchase a new home. Best experience ever with a home purchase!

  Dave provided incredible service while I was searching for my retirement home for years when I worked with the US military overseas. Through many time zone differences, Dave immediately returned all my many emailed questions for two years. I was able to close without having to fly back to the USA! Trust Dave.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I reached out to Northpointe Bank as a first time home buyer to get pre approved for a home loan and was left completely in the dust. Bad communication, actually I would say none at all. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Do not recommend!

  Working with Chris Britt and Northpointe for our refinance was effortless. This was our second refinance with Chris Britt but our first with Northpointe. They were able to get us a great rate and it required very little work on our part. He and his team are very quick to respond to emails and take time to explain every detail and answer every question. We would definitely recommend working with Chris for any mortgage or refinance need.

  Chris Britt and Northpointe are the best!! Seriously, financial stuff stresses me out and I absolutely hate having to deal with banks. When it came to refinancing, though, I reached out to Chris on the recommendation of a friend and couldn't have made a better choice. I was nervous about the whole process because I've never refinanced before, but with rates the way they are right now, it ended up saving me years on my mortgage and lessened my payments each month. Chris made the process as easy as possible and any time there was a question, he was there to answer it quickly. There was no pressure from his end and I know he had my best interests in mind the whole time. I couldn't recommend Chris and Northpointe more! They're "on pointe!"

  Sebastian Zinnes, Mortgage Lender, NMLS# 2212518 was an exceptional mortgage lender. I was making a complex purchase of an investment condo in Wilmington, NC with a mix of commercial property. Sebastian expertly navigated me through the process to deliver on a 30-year mortgage for the property at an excellent rate. Sebastian was always available to answer my questions, and communicated each step of the process very clearly. Sebastian helped analyze the pros and cons of a number of key decisions I need to make and found him to be honest and very knowledgeable.
