  Our home buying experience started well over a year ago when we met with Chris Nagle to assess our readiness to purchase our first new home. Chris was very helpful and patient and provided us with all of the information that we needed to prepare for home buying. He explained our loan options as well as what we would require for a down payment and what we should do to make our credit desirable. From beginning to end, Chris and the Alpha mortgage team, were readily available to answer questions from inexperienced home buyers. Hopefully we are in our home for life, however if needed again we would definitely reach out to Alpha Mortgage.

  Where to even begin.... First of all, they aren't deserving of even 1 star. I have never worked with such an incompetent company with such horrible communication and so utterly disorganized. We were conducting two transactions simultaneously, a refi and a new loan for a vacation property. They never ordered the appraisal for the vaca home and I couldn't get any answers right up until 2 days before my closing date....had to reschedule closing multiple times. They constantly asked for the same paperwork over and over and had zero communication between employees. My settlement agency for the refi said they had never worked with a company that had such poor communication. They couldn't get things together for the refi and had to change the closing date for that too but they never told us or the settlement company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Even after we met with a notary(which we paid for) and signed and sent the contract back they said they forgot some documents and we would need to meet with another notary and redo the whole thing which almost put us in breech of our contract deadline by literally 1 day. Not to mention requiring us to go meet with another person in a public place during a pandemic due to their negligence. Unfortunately I could go on and on...it was so unnecessarily stressful and one of the worst home buying experiences I've ever been a part of, and I'm a real estate agent! Its been 3 months and I'm still having problems with my loans because of Alpha Mortgage. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Oh and Im still waiting on a call back from the owner about the horrific experience. I guess I won't hold my breath waiting for that call.

  I had the pleasure of working with Dell Allen and she was awesome. From the time she contacted me for pre-approval was faster than I was ready for. She really had me going and looking for houses in no time at all with the knowledge of what I could afford. Her response time and professionalism was impeccable. Dell really was supportive in checking in on me to make sure I did not have any questions and if I did she answered them within minutes. I felt as if I was her only client the way she responded to my emails or text so fast. Thanks to Dell Allen my experience with Alpha Mortgage was an awesome one.
