  It has been a nightmare dealing with their mortgage department. They have made payments to homeowner insurance and property taxes late. They are going to undo all the hard work I have done to give myself good credit and a good reputation. As soon as I can I will be refinancing with a better bank. I will be dammed if they are going to make interest money off of me.

  Poor business practice. No leadership from management. Failed to meet ANY deadlines. Unresponsive to phone calls or emails. Takes NO responsibility for their mistakes. These people should be embarrassed. Too many other mortgage companies out there to do business with these people. Save your time and anguish, do your business elsewhere.
