  I have financed both my primary residence and now a second home in NC with Jimmy Waring and Northpointe Bank. I don't know how the process could have been smoother, as he and his team answered all my questions, kept me in the loop thorough the entire process and we closed on time with both transactions. Jimmy is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I knew I could trust him from day one. I plan on using him again in the future and highly recommend he and Northpointe Bank for mortgage lending.

  Amazing experience working with Northpointe on a new home mortgage. The team was responsive, thorough, detailed oriented and patient with me as I asked thousands of questions. I would recommend them to anyone and my loan officer Christina Abney was fast and efficient even with complex loan package.   I recently refinanced my home with NorthPointe Bank and could not be more pleased with my experience. Taylor Graham exceeded all of my expectations throughout the entire refinance process!   Taylor Graham with Northpointe Bank was phenomenal! He helped us with an unusual home financing situation and made the process simple and painless. When obstacles presented themselves(through no fault of Taylor or Northpointe), he came up with creative solutions. The financing aspect of our transaction was ready to go, well before our contractual closing date. Taylor showed up to closing to make sure there were no issues and that we understood everything regarding the mortgage. I've worked with several mortgage lenders and this is above and beyond what most will do. I have recommended Taylor to all of my family, friends and clients and have never regretted doing so. Will definitely be using Northpointe for future home and investment property purchases.

  I just worked with NorthPointe to refinance my home. The entire process from beginning to end was superb. My loan officer was Christina Abney and she went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and easy. Even though my loan was somewhat complicated, her response time was lightning fast and we closed only a few weeks after submitting the original loan application.
