  We had the best experience with Ryan and his team at Northpoint Mortgage! Communication and service were top notch - always ready in a moments notice to answer any questions. The process was seemless and we were even able to close a week earlier than anticipated! We would defintely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan company! Thanks again for the excellent serivce - we are so happy in our new home!!

  I cannot highly enough recommend Mitch Goldin and his team at Northpoint Mortgage. True professionals that are able to navigate through all the clutter that now exists in the mortgage industry. I had started with another company and the difference between Northpoint and the other provider was night and day. Mitch is a no nonsense ,aggressive advocate for getting things done. He communicates extremely well and there are no loose ends that cause delays. I can only give 5 stars, but in fact, I would rate him higher than that.

  My nephew obtained a first Mortgage with Ryan and had an excellent experience! When we decided to refinance we chose Ryan as well & the process couldn't have gone smoother / quicker! We highly recommend Ryan and team! Don't waste your time comparing like we did, Northpoint closing costs were $1000's lower than Rocket/Quicken, Wells Fargo and RP Funding.Thank you Ryan, Carlos and Estephany!

  Mike Demarse is one of the best mortgage officers I have worked with as a Realtor. He is so knowledgeable and he takes the time to put the client in the exact loan product they need and to educate buyers.   Our new home purchase process with Northpoint was smooth with minimal stress. Mitch is a rock star who is always available and ultra-accessible; questions are responded to with a quickness. Above all, the quote that we received at the beginning of the process was nearly identical to the final closing costs. No hidden fees or foolishness.

  After dealing with THREE other lenders who all said, “it could not be done,” at 8:30pm I was given Mitch Goldin's number by a friend and told to try him on his cell. Mitch was waiting for my call with his (what I quickly learned) his normal enthusiasm. He kept me well informed throughout the entire loan process, was always available for any questions, and even called me with the good news of approval while on his way back from a family emergency. His dedication and personal attention to my file was incredible. More importantly, he got me the rate I wanted. I was able to buy the home I’ve rented for seven years because of Mitch and his team. I cannot thank him (and Ciara) enough.
