  We were referred to Northpoint, and specifically to Dan Sack, by a trusted source. We were not disappointed. Dan Sack is a true professional who left no question unanswered and was very detailed. As a lawyer, I appreciate the “why” of things, and Dan is well prepared, knows his stuff and simply delivered amazing customer service. We could not be any happier with Northpoint and the job Dan Sack did to help us. If more stars were available, we would give them. Without question, we would recommend Northpoint, and specifically Dan Sack to anyone seeking to buy a house.

  We had an excellent experience working with Don Murray at Northpoint Mortgage on the purchase and closing of our new home. Don was always available, informative and went the extra mile to help us secure a loan, and even helped us to find competitive and quality agents for other needs as well!   This is the second time we have worked with Dan Sack at Northpoint. He made our closing and subsequent refinancing a very easy and understandable process for us. He is knowledgeable about the many options available and the required documents. He was available to talk or meet on our time frame. We would definitely recommend Dan to future home owners!

  I had the pleasure of working with Dan Sack during my home search/purchase process. Dan was extremely accessible, responsive, and attentive. He was very detailed and thorough in explaining every and all documents and options available to me. Not sure I would have been as comfortable throughout this process if it weren't for Dan's knowledge and professionalism. I would totally refer anyone to Dan and Northpoint!

  My experience with Northpoint was awful. I ended up with someone handling my loan paperwork that cost me losing out on buying my home for not filing papers we needed to fall in USDA guidelines. The person thought he had accurate information for a zero down USDA loan. Me and girlfriend were told we were fine regarding income limits so he filed all we gave him. Turns out he was wrong and costed us the potential to buy our first home for not having his knowledge base on USDA loan %100. Perhaps a very knowledgeable person with basic loans , but not in our case . Sad ending is all. Now we wait to buy another home. Unfortunately it will not be with this lender. Good luck to you all buying a home.

  I highly recommend Cheryl-lynn Alicea and Northpoint Mortgage to meet your needs. Cheryl-lynn is courteous, professional, and thorough. She made every step of the loan process easy, answered all of my questions in a timely fashion, and simplified what can be a confusing and complicated process. My loan was processed in record time.
