  Rick and his team were referred to me by my realtor Patrick Sweeney. Rick really helped me understand my loan and he also worked very hard to also obtain my Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for my VA loan in a short amount of time. He also explained things at a level I could easily digest and helped answer any questions I might have had at any moment of the day. He made home buying an easy and wonderful experience!

  I’ve worked with Rick Simoneau of Fairway Mortgage for the past 6 months or so in securing a home loan, and I’m very confident in saying that he’s excellent at what he does. If this score were out of 100 points, he’d get 100. He’s super communicative, making himself available by phone to a degree that i’m not used to in customer service. He’s thorough, taking time on multiple occasions to “do the math” with me when i was confused about how the home loan process works. And he’s just an overall good, upbeat dude who tells it like it is, and works hard to get his customers the best loan possible. I actually enjoyed what could otherwise be a pretty stressful process. Fairway’s online system for signing and uploading documents is easy and reliable, which is another plus. I i’d work with Rick again in a heartbeat, I’ve already recommended him to family and friends.

Even their automated emails weren't bothersome, and usually once you're in a system it's constant. Rick, I will be recommending you and the team anytime home financing comes into the conversation.   From the very beginning of the process the service Rick gave was incredible with ridiculously fast turnaround time on pre-approvals no matter the day or the time. Followed up by great coaching on navigating the unprecedented interest rate environment, to getting cleared to close weeks before our close date, made the buying process as first time homebuyers easier than getting utilities switched over! Can't recommend Rick highly enough!

  Rick and his team were phenomenal. They helped me through a very active and volatile market, which is very daunting as a first-time homebuyer. He was also able and willing to answer any of my questions and concerns, there for me every step of the way. With all the ups and downs I went through in this market, Rick and his team were steady and helped keep me on the right path. They were never too busy to help answer my 1Mth question or explain something further to me because I just didn't understand.   Rick at Fairway Independent Mortgage was great to work with throughout the whole process. He hooked me up with a mortgage that was unreal (no one else I've talked seems to have ever heard of a mortgage this extensively affordable), and helped me connect with every discount/ deal I was eligible for. I can still hardly believe how manageable he made the process for me. I've heard so many horror stories from people I know about home financing. I'm now moved in, and my biggest concern is what paint colors I want to choose for each room... no complaint there!

  Ricky was 100% honest and very communicative from the initial application process to the day we closed. He never hesitated to call and congratulate us for each milestone achieved, which was a great personal touch in this day of electronic communication. Ricky and the team seemed to work very well together to compile everything needed to close on our house within a pretty tight time frame. We're very happy with the Fairway Team! Highly Recommend!

  It is always a great experience working with Rick Simoneau at Fairway Mortgage. He is on top of the mortgage process at all times, whether it be returning phone calls or helping with any questions you have , he makes the loan process very smooth.
