  I worked with Tim through my first home purchase and as someone who knew nothing about home ownership, I feel like it all now make sense. I never felt pressure to work with him as loan officer and instead was very grateful for all the answers to my many questions. Everything from the first time I started looking into home ownership until the day we closed, went so smoothly that I have no doubt I'll be working with Tim in the future is needed be. His entire team is also just as knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to help. Overall a five star experience for sure!

  Tim and his team at Northern Mortgage were great to work with! I was recommended to Tim by my realtor and I wouldn't have changed anything. The first time I reached out to Tim, I only had 3 hours before an offer was due on a house and he called me within 10 minutes of reaching out to get all my information and get pre-approved. This was my first home buying experience and his team was incredibly helpful. They updated me every step of the way and each time they communicated with me, they were readily available for questions back.

  Highly recommend Tim at northern mortgage. Very professional and quick closing! Great service and his team kept us updated every step of the way. Probably the easiest home buying process I’ve ever been through. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends!

  Tim and his team were amazing to work with. They helped us on our recent sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We were looking to use the equity forward program northern mortgage has where northern mortgage would of given us our 20% down payment for our new house based on the projected price our old house would sell for minus what we still owed on our loan. Tim and his team helped us through the whole process only to last minute pivot and help us close on our old house in record time. This allowed us to close on both houses on the same day and take what we made on our old house and use that money as a down payment on the new one instead of needing to use the equity forward program. The whole process was seamless and 95% of it can be done via an app on your phone. Their team was extremely responsive, was easy to work with, and I would 100% use them again.

  I utilized Tim and his team for the purchase of our third home. Tim and his team were fantastic to work with! They were very responsive, great at solving problems, expediting the process, and made the entire process of purchasing a home as smooth as I've ever experienced. I highly recommend using Tim for any home purchase. Truly a great experience!

  Tim and his team know what it takes to make their customers happy! We have bought a few houses and refinanced a couple times, and our experience with Northern mortgage was by far the best one we have ever had. Their communication was fantastic! We will never go anywhere else. Best in the business!

  Tim came recommended to us by our realtor, Steve Venlet. The two of them made an unstoppable team! Tim was so great to work with! He got us pre-approved while he was on Spring Break, helped us work out a non-contingent offer on a home, and got our loan cleared to close in just 16 days which is ridiculously fast! He was always available for a text or phone call when I had questions. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a seamless home buying experience.

  Tim and his whole team were INCREDIBLE to work with. They have been exceptionally communicative and able to answer all of our questions. Easy to work with, quick to respond, and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. To top it all off, Tim and his team were able to close our loan in 21 days! Unheard of in this market. I can't recommend him enough.
