  First off, contact the New York Attorney General's office. They have received numerous complaints and have a class action lawsuit pending against NLS. You can join by filling out a simple form on the internet(you will find it on the first page of their website). Let's all get on board and take down these slimy, greasy, no heart,no morals,money stealing filthy bastards! I too, am a victim of their scam. These people should be burned at the stake! They are an evil company who just wants to steal your hard earned money. What they say and what they actually do are two different things.STAY AWAY!!!!!

  Just spoke to Jasmine operator 0723 the worst customer service ever I can't believe this company even exist do not I say do not I say do not ever do any business with this organization there a bunch of crooks, At least the machine two or three years ago I terminated the account sent back the machine they claim that they never received it I continue to keep getting billed unbelievable customer service. The business rating says it all but there was a classification for below one star they would get 50 minus stars

  Northern Leasing Systems, Inc., also known as MBF Leasing LLC, Lease Finance Group LLC, Golden Eagle Leasing LLC and Lease Source-LSI, LLC is based in 132 W 31st St Fl 14, New York, NY, and JAY COHEN is listed as the founder and president. According to Mr. CURTIS THAW Accounts Manager in the legal collections department “we cannot be responsible for what the sales rep told you because the sales reps do not work for us directly” Northern Leasing misrepresented and failed to disclosure contract terms, customer service was unavailable and/or unhelpful, the company’s rates dramatically increased almost immediately, they debited my accounts without authorization and intentionally caused trouble-cancelling service. The staff misrepresented the equipment to be leased and the terms of the lease they offered. The company’s equipment returns policy is unclear and its equipment return contract is difficult to follow additionally contacting customer service for help is near impossible. The company’s leasing policies are not competitive with the equipment rental terms offered by low-cost merchant account providers or with the flat purchase price of top EMV-compatible terminals. The sales agent who resold the Northern Leasing lease did a poor job of outlining the company’s lease terms. I did not fully understanding the contractual obligations and feel the sales rep deliberately misled me. In March 2013, the New York Attorney General reached a multi-million dollar settlement with Northern Leasing and its affiliated companies over a scheme to drain nearly $11 million from the bank accounts of small business owners. The case alleged that Northern Leasing had created a shell company called SKS Associates LLC, through which Northern Leasing misled customers and began withdrawing lease payments from merchants’ bank accounts long after their leases had expired. Although this settlement concludes the Attorney General’s lawsuit and appears to be the end of SKS Associates, Northern Leasing and its related companies are still doing business and have grown into a very large equipment-leasing network. Again In April 2016, the New York Attorney General filed a lawsuit against Northern Leasing Systems, Lease Finance Group, and MBF Leasing “for their fraudulent and deceptive practices that trap small business owners across the country.” The lawsuit alleges that Northern Leasing Systems and its subsidiaries knowingly deceived thousands of business owners into buying overpriced equipment and then abused the judicial system by filing suit in New York to collect on overdue lease payments. The lawsuit seeks to vacate default judgments obtained by Northern Leasing against business owners, enjoin the company and its owners from further deceptive practices, obtain restitution for merchants, dissolve Northern Leasing, and force the company to notify all three major credit reporting agencies that the default judgments have been vacated. It was allowed to proceed in December 2017 and has not yet been resolved. This marks the second action that the New York Attorney General has taken against Northern Leasing Systems.

  They do not deserve a 1. This company will scam you any way the can from electronically sign your name to a never ending lease to a copied lease that's not readable to a woman that will tell you an inflated buy out THAN the next person you talk to when you call again STAY AWAY FROM THEM . Dont do any business that uses them as a leasing company SAVE YOUR SELF.

  This company is a joke, all the agents do is make you feel like you are nothing. You call with a simple question and they not only not give you the answer but make you feel stupid for even asking any question. My fault for signing a lease with a company that has nothing bus bade customer service. They have no compassion for you or your money. PLEASE stay away if you want to save your money.

  Beware of this company,an individual collect on leases and never deliver what was agreed upon. Sold merchandise involved to process credit card transactions and promised that the equip would tie into POS software.Just because they have detail paper showing that its was working dies not mean that what was promised was delivered. Joe Wilks is a scammer and this leasing company allowed this individual to be paid even when disputed. Joe

  If I could give this company a zero, I would. Enough has been said, but DO NOT LEASE YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT! You will spend a fortune getting out of your contract. And this company will not help you out. Good luck.

  Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman over talked me, was very snarky, rude, and hung up on my when I told her to quit over talking me. Their equipment has been useless for us. DO NOT do business with these people.
