      I recently moved to Billerica and so glad I chose to do my banking at Northern. The staff members are personable, friendly and very willing to assist. "B" was terrific when I transferred my finances to Northern. Again, the staff members are the best, so happy I chose Northern!

      I have been with Northern Bank and Trust 30 years and all the tellers and officer are great. Sometimes you get a bad apple that does not explain things well, but a bank has to close at the exact time. I think the person who came in to open an account should of looked at the hours.

      My wife and I walked in with my 9 year old son to open him up a savings account. When we where called up and asked to open up an account the woman who had a very strong accent said no. When my wife asked why she said we close in 15 minutes and it takes longer than that to open an account. Will not be going back and the in laws decided they will be losing there accounts.

      I needed a centrally located bank in town. This bank had great customer service and free checking without minimum amounts deposited, or direct deposit. They also have an atm drive through and a lobby atm. They also have flexible hours. So far, I am very happy with this bank.
