  This bank has the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. The teller made me come in and out of the bank 5 times because one minute thing was wrong. Sorry my 90 year old grandmother doesn’t want to come out during a global pandemic to just go to the bank. This is an absolutely appalling lack of concern or common decency or their customers. I would never bank here in my entire life!!

  I have been a customer for over 25 years I would never consider changing to another bank. They have been nothing but gracious and helpful, and always with a smile. They are a local bank that cares about the people and towns they serve.

  AVOID BE AWARE OF THESE GUYS THEY LIE LIE LIE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM THEY OVERCHARGED ME $500 FOR A DROP FEE WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL I SAW IT ON MY BILL IM CALLING BBB AND CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THESE THIEVES CAUTION RUN FROM THEM PLEASE

  EDIT (8/29/19): Upon further investigation, it appears that this reviewer may have our business page confused with another brand relevant to Enterprise being a name that other non-affiliated entities have in common with us. We as a financial institution do not have any transactions categorized as a "drop fee," since this terminology tends to refer to a person receiving a automobile/rental vehicle in one location and then dropping it off in another.
