  I was at the Dover office five minutes before close. And a customer came out and I was not buzzed in . So why are there posted hours if they are not going to follow them. I stood outside the door before closing time and was completely ignored. The employee didn’t even have the curiosity to come tell me something at the door instead just ignored me. Wanting to leave work early on a Friday is not my problem. You have posted hours and can’t follow them and then just ignore someone standing at The door which you can clearly see because I saw you like that is okay. Completely unprofessional

  Made a loan. They did not give me time to pay it back and sold my vehicle at auction. They have no records of the transaction. Maryland tags were not turned in and I now have a huge penalty fee in Maryland and cannot register any vehicles in Maryland.
