  I'm giving this Kennebunk savings a 5 star. We were account holders at the Dover branch and didn't get the best feel from the bank and how it operates, BUT after closing our account I did run into some issues from the branch and the Owner of the Dover location Brendan did everything he could possibly do to make things right. Although I did not like the feel inside the bank, I would recommend Kennebunk because I am confident that will do anything to make their customers feel like their needs are met.

  I searched online for a bank that offered checking and savings accounts without any fees and came across Kennebunk Savings Bank. They have a new branch right down the street from me so I thought I'd give them a try. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. Sarah (assistant branch manager) was fantastic. She was super friendly and answered all my questions as well as gave me some great pointers on how to make transfers, set up bill pay, etc. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

  Great Banking experience, staff are the most pleasant and genuine a cross the board. I have never had a less than stellar experience. I highly recommend. Small local feel, and a Bank that cares about community which I have personally witnessed, one of my deciding factors for choosing them for my banking needs.

  Had an issue and the Executive VP personally phoned me. Now That's what I call personal Customer Service! Plus fees are reasonable AND they refund your ATM fees! No other bank does this! I've been with KSB nearly 20 years and I trust them as a regional local Personal bank.

  Phone is looped no one calls back when messages are left and the message when calling doesnt connect to a person just repeats poor customer service.
