  I have done several loans with Mark Cato of North Valley Mortgage. Some home purchases and a couple of refinances. Mark is absolutely the best at explaining the process every step of the way, paying attention to detail and getting loans closed fast and professionally. I was forced to use another lender when purchasing property in another state and I can say that there is no comparison. You can't go wrong with this lender.
