      It's okay. The place definitely changed a few years back, and they don't seem to be as much of a "local" bank anymore. The tellers are all nice, but the vibe I get is of a bank trying to play catchup with the big banks, and not doing it terribly well. The building is fantastically dated, and speaks to a time when banking was a different. Most of the other cubicles or offices seem vacant, and there's just a lot of empty, poorly-lit space inside.

      The personal banker at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not listen to problem with account and spoke over me every time I spoke, I had to call the personal banker at the regency location and she was such a big help. Her attitude was much better and she actually did her job and tried to help me as a customer she is the only reason I will be keeping this account.
