  bad experience overall. Not good customer service, online banking is constantly down, always trying to get to open more accounts, charge maintenance fees on a regular checking account every month. It takes DAYS for charges to show up on my card. I'd switch banks now if it wasn't such a pain to switch everything over.

  Opened account and took nearly two months to get my card. Then they started trying to force me to open a second account to cash checks I received. Closed account and went to U S Bank where they don't hassle me and try to force me to open multiple accounts. They got kids managing banks and took the courtesy out of the bank.

  Awesome bank, just started banking with them. Very friendly and great with helping out setting up accounts.

  the branch on main street has the worst customer service imaginable i wouldnt let my worst enemy bank at north shore... i got 5 overdraft fees before i even knew i was below a zero balance when asked why we couldn't get a courtesy call to inform us that we were at a negative balance the kelly girl that works there says they have too much clientele for them to call people when there account drops below zero...if they treated a combat army vet and a 1st grade teacher the way they did im sure they will have no problem taking your hard earned money any way they can!

  I LOVE Northshore. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. They people here are amazing! Always so helpful.
