      I’m somewhat surprised at some of these reviews. While my main branch is the one in Hanson (and a wonderful location), I often come here because I’m in the area or have a lot of coins and need the counting machine. I have interacted with tellers and a manager and all were great, especially the manager (Dalia, I think?), who helped me with a number of unique questions. Will continue to come here as needed.

      The employees here are extremely rude and could care less about customers and their needs. Head over to the Brockton location, always pleasant and kind.

      When it was mutual bank, was a top notch customer forward bank. North Easton bank is a 180 change from that enlightened position. Strongly encourage you to find a different bank for your needs. Lots of hidden fees and good luck ever having to slightly modify any loans.

      If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service is awful. Now mind you I have been a member of this bank for over 15 years, and within the past year I have been treated horribly. I will not go into details, but the staff needs some customer service skills, mostly the managers. Life is too short, don’t bring your problems to work with you.
