  Notice HOURS ARE CHANGING, open at 10am starting 6/27/22. Recommend getting there before they open to get in line. Very busy location. One teller. Some transactions take quite a bit of time so plan accordingly.

  Great branch with helpful and wonderful staff, i dont even bother going to any other branch in brockton. Maybe people should understand due to the virus, EVERYWHERE is understaffed, and the people you see working- are actually OVERworked and tired. Use the ATM or the app! BoA has the best banking app out there. Help yourselves or stop complaining! :)

  Went to the branch on Belmont Street only to wait in line for 57 minutes to be told that they don't have a key to the bank check drawer. Manager didn't even apologize. Went to this branch only to wait another 48 minutes. One teller, REALLY?

  Worst bank to go to. I would not come here but have to for work. They are so slow and the fact that you have to wait outside for 32 mins before you can get in line inside is crazy. I understand that we are in a pandemic but what is so hard about good customer service. No need to be rude .

  The people that work here now are fine. The problem is you have 3-4 bankers trying to sell people stuff but only 1 teller to handle the long lines of people trying to service there accounts and make transactions. This is a huge reason why I don’t bank with BOA. I’m here again. 1 teller to handle transactions. 1 person greeting telling people to use the atm. And 3 bankers trying to sell stuff. BOA you need to get this branch staffed with at least 2 tellers at all times!!!

  Worst banking experience ever, went in for a business deposit, when I entered there were 2 tellers mind you there's a line going around the building, before I even get to the middle of the line 1 teller walks out and says he's on break extending my visit by almost 30 mins, mind you all I was doing was a deposit this is exactly why I don't use banks they have no care/sympathy for their customers or businesses that do business with them will be speaking with my company's SVP to have our accounts switched asap

  Will quit using Bank of America just cos of this branch. And its not the tellers. The manager and one other lady are always so rude. Will take my business where its welcome

  HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO USE THE ATM BECAUSE ONE OF THE MACHINES WERE BROKEN SO THERE WAS ONLY 1 IN USE OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS
