  Thanks to Rebecca & Tiffany they made my stress level come way down. They were very polite & respectful while I was there. I wasn’t getting a loan but the experience I had while I was in there was GREAT! if your in need those ladies are the one to go see. Great customer service lady. I recommend everyone there :)

  I’ve never had any racial issues.. yes I’m white BUT my husband is black & he’s NEVER had any issues with racism here.. they also asked me about all of my bills & what I paid out etc.. I paid my loan out in 10 months which was 8 months early!! If I’m in need I will be going back again!! They’re all so sweet & helpful!!

  If I could rate them a negative 5 I would. The white ladies in here are very racist. I was dealing with a younger lady and she said that my vehicle isn’t worth 7500 to take out a loan for as I’m driving a 2010 Audi Q5 I checked the black book value and. allied other loan places to find out that my vehicle is worth over 10k. She then wanted to know all of my bills and what I pay for and then proceeded with to say that I’ll be paying 2k a month for the loan of 7500 if I got approved. She started asking me what else vehicles do I own as I had to show proof of my Camaro because she didn’t believe me and asked why did I need the money as I felt very uncomfortable and advised the other lady that I felt uncomfortable she said that I needed to leave if I felt uncomfortable. She called her Manager and they said that they would give me 1,000 for my car. I proceeded to go to title max as they had gave me a loan for 10k with payments of 500.00 I was in and out. Please save yourself the disappointment especially if you’re an African American This place is racist. I experience racism here as a white lady that was looking for a loan received 2500 on the spot for a 08 impala. The website that gives you an estimate of how much you will receive for your car isn’t true they have to call the owner of the business to get any approval for any loans.

  Probably one of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had getting a loan. Rebecca was very nice and professional. 10/10 would recommend thanks for being awesome!!!!!
