  Norma Morales and her team delivered exceptional results for my husband and I’s recent purchase.   There aren't enough words to talk about how incredible Norma Morales and her team are to work with. I recently completed a re-fi with Norma and at every step of the process, I was left wowed by the responsiveness, the professionalism, and the genuine care for getting my loan done. Her assistants are as responsive and experienced as she is. Janelle Rodriquez, the assistant I worked with, is a gem. I'm self-employed which brought some special issues with it but nothing phased or deterred the process, thanks to Norma's deep experience with loan process. And can we talk about fast? From my initial contact to loan closing was less than 4 weeks! Norma and her team deliver the kind of home loan experience every buyer should have. They are the gold standard and I can't recommend them highly enough.

  Norma Morales was everything -and more- one would like to have working on a home loan application, etc. Not once throughout the process with Homebridge did I ever feel negatively about anything taking place, as I was very confident in Norma's handling of matters and -more importantly- was kept in constant touch with someone regarding the process. I was extremely impressed by not only the professionalism of Norma and her staff; but was equally appreciative of the help I received when needed.   I am sharing my positive experience with HomeBridge after having a negative experience with another organization not worth mentioning. I contacted Norman Morales on a Saturday morning desperate because my timeline for refi my home was short due to the other company giving me the runaround. Norma worked her magic,all important questions in order to process my request for assistance as soon as possible to make sure I qualified for the funding.
