  Great experience from start to finish! Bill is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient. He was very quick to respond to any questions - and we had a lot of them! We were going through both the selling and purchasing process simultaneously - it was quite nerve wracking to say the least! Bill guided us through the entire process step-by-step, and he was very reassuring, making things a lot less daunting. We highly recommend Bill Granata for all of your mortgage needs!

  I don’t think I’d be alone in expecting the mortgage process to be the most intimidating part of buying a new home, especially never having done so before. I was *dreading* it. Working with Bill Granata at Norcom Mortgage set me at ease every single step of the way. Bill is phenomenally clear and concise in explaining the process, always patient in answering questions, highly communicative and prompt to respond. We bought our home in the midst of a house buying rush during the pandemic, and despite how swamped he must have been, he consistently made us feel that our success in finding and financing a home was as important to him as it was to us. I will always be grateful for the help he gave us and cannot recommend him highly enough.
