  Best auto insurance after switching from Allstate. State farm has great rates & coverage (and discounts for good safe drivers). What stands out the most is the excellent, efficient, and personable customer service. I've had Matthew Pang handle my auto and renter account for the entire 2 years via phone and email. He remembers little facts about me and my family which is endearing since we only chat x1-2 per year. During the pandemic, he adjusted my mileage and rates to save me money bc like most people, I wasnt going into the office or outings. I also called this year to just ask about any new discounts and I was able to save 16%. I can't say enough outstanding things about Matt and State Farm. Highly recommend the switch!

  I have been a policyholder with Nony for several years she is one of the best in this business; she truly cares about her clients and she knows her insurance products. She takes the time to make sure you have the right coverage and explains why you may need it. Staff has always been kind, courtesy and very helpful.   Nony's office delivers exceptional care, and I've referred her services to several of my friends and family, all of whom are extremely satisfied with the way Nony's staff care for them, follow up, and make insurance an enjoyable experience. When my car was totaled, I was on my way to work and did not have any knowledge of how to handle towing, valuation, or claims. I called various tow companies near me who wouldn't take my car, and I was overwhelmed. However, when I finally remembered that I could just give my agent a call, Nony personally reached out to her connections at her local auto body shop, and they drove their tow truck to pick mine up from storage in San Francisco, without any hassle. Nony followed up with me to see if I had received my deposit from the insurance company of the party at fault, and within only 2 days, I received it in full. Nony and her team, from start to finish, are willing to discuss any barriers to my care and make sure that my needs are met, which is the kind of guidance I needed when I had never experienced an accident like that before. They also make personal relationships with their customers, and I've known several families whose children's children are now clients of hers as well. She has the best referrals, so that not only my insurance needs are met, but many other services as well. Her office is one of a kind, warm, professional, and knowledgeable of the insurance industry, and I can absolutely trust her with my policies.   My mom has known Nony Lukito-Lim, whom she’s worked with since she was pregnant with me…. Way back when. They started out as a professional agent client relationship and over the last 3 decades, my mom considers Nony a true friend! Anyway, we’ve all since moved out of the Bay Area, but my mom still continues to do business with Nony’s office because of their loyalty and outstanding service! I was shopping in the middle of the night for auto insurance and sent her a text. The next day Matthew Pang called me and after 48 minutes of going over my, not so perfect driving history, he sent me multiple variations of auto insurance quotes, another one for renters, earthquake, and life. He let me think it over and followed up with me the next day. My indecisiveness lead me to have him make even more changes and he was not only patient, but informative of every change I was making. Matthew was super helpful and I hope he knows he’ll be stuck with me for 30+ years now, just like Nony is stuck with my Mom.   Didn't add the insurance my wife wanted for our home denied our claim took over 1 month !!! On top of that took them almost 2 weeks.to pay my car not happy
