  STOP!!! In 2017 we found out this company commits fraud when filling your tax returns and leaves you holding the bag when the IRS audits you. Barbie promised us she could get us more back due to her years of experience. Barbie also grossly over charged us 300.00 for this service. My regular tax lady only charges $60.00 to $70.00 for our joint return. We found out later not only were we overcharged but this woman Barbie lied on our returns trying to get more money. When I reached out to Barbie in regards to this matter she told me she could provide receipts to back up the lies she had told to help me with the IRS audit. I demanded a refund and exclaimed she had done enough. I am not trying to go to jail to illegally get more back on my tax return. My tax person advised Barbie had filed a form stating I had my own business as some type of clerk with a lot of business expenses claimed. This was a lie. I do not have my own business. I went to Noebels on a referral from my young son who was also a victim and now scared of what may happen if the IRS were to audit him due to my situation. I'm in the process of contacting a lawyer and reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

  Hey, So in March of 2020 I filed my tax returns with Barbie. I received my state taxes but not my federal in about a month. I attempted to call Barbie several times but nobody answered the phone. I have emailed several times and she responds several days later. Barbie has been telling me that my federal tax refund has been delayed due to COVID 19. I believed it for several months. So here we are today (November 1st, 2020). I finally got someone on the phone at the IRS and they informed me that my 2019 Federal refund was processed and direct deposited on April 29th, 2020, to BARBIE ACCOUNT. I was extremely upset. I filed a fraud claim with the IRS. I'm also filing a lawsuit in Colonial Height Courts against Noebels Tax Service regarding this. I will also be contacting the BBB (Better business bureau). ~Barbie IF YOU SEE THIS I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT VERY SOON~ **PLEASE DONT USE HER SERVICE ITS A FRAUD**

  Barbie did my taxes, was supposed to get an $800.00 refund instead I received a letter from the IRS starting I owed them $1800.00, tried to call Barbie multiple time even emailed her no call back from her or help what so ever . Will not do business with her again.

  I came here as a referral from my girlfriend, I met with Barbie early in the morning on a Friday (about 20 minutes after they opened) and she looked me in the eye and confidently told me she had a Dr's appointment but she would give me a call between 1-3pm with my taxes completed. I received no call, and went up there personally to find out that she was with another client and to call back first thing in the morning. Saturday morning comes, I get told shes busy with a client yet again. So I give it till the end of the day and still received no call. I go up there again and the same thing, this time however I politely requested my paperwork and did my taxes in 20 minutes on turbo-tax... not something I was willing to do because I wanted a set of human eyes on it to see if I can maximize my return. I would have honestly just appreciated a phone call letting me know that yes they haven't started my taxes but would get to them. I feel like that was a simple business practice that could have been easily executed. Sorry just doesn't cut it and I hope they will learn from this because I will not be doing business with them.

  Barbie have been preparing my taxes for over 10 years and always got the most out of my return. She’s the best . I never had any issues with getting my return . I wouldn’t go anywhere else 😍

  Place is very shady lady Barbie told me there was a mistake of me owing and it was taking care of she said I should owe because I lived in VA less then a year then yesterday i received letter I owe for property being a vehicle I don’t even have a DL
