  This is the best Credit Union/Bank I have ever been with or dealt with. They are always helpful! Not just a few employees, but all of them. It doesnt matter who is taking your call or helping you as a walk in, they are always very friendly, kind, & always helpful. Not to mention no matter what you are there for they are always quick, and always whether it be a simple transaction or some sort of issue with your account it is quickly resolved. High security protection for debit cards & accounts also! Their new location is so convienant, right in the middle of town, along with being easy & close access for anyone located in Slidell. 😊

  Sure, if you want to pay $15 for a debit card replacement. That’s just ridiculous.

  We area small credit union and the $15 that we collect for "lost" cards does not cover the full cost that the credit union is charged for the production and mailing of the cards. The initial cards, defected cards, expired cards, and compromised cards are paid for by the credit union. The $15 fee to replace a card lost by the member is also to encourage members to be very careful about keeping up with their cards. A "lost" card in the wrong hands can cost the credit union thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges that we have to cover for the members. I hope this helps put the $15 fee for replacing "lost" cards in prospective for you. we have to control costs where we can.
