Alina Ryder1Had to deposit a check for a client and I was in line for 45 min. Only one person worked - the bank was literally empty - with the exemption of people waiting. The teller was working the window, the teller and answering call. When I asked - I was told people are at lunch - ALL at once ? Truly the worst banking experience.

Nichole Robichaux5Keesler is a great credit union. The staff is friendly and helpful. They aren't intimidating and cold like some banks. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but otherwise it's great, and the small waiting area is comfortable.

Ty Hibbs1Everyone at the Slidell branch is usually pretty helpful, but I have had so many problems with their auto pay systems and it has even gotten to the point of affecting my credit and now that it has, Keesler wants nothing to do with helping. Just be aware of your payments every month and make sure it takes it out of your account because there is no trusting their auto pay system unfortunately even though we are so seemingly sophisticated in our technology these days. Update: Got a call shortly after I posted this with someone attempting to help. Told me they would get back to me soon about what I can do. Has been over 4 months and still have yet to hear a single thing back.

JoJo Yates1Was told my check was undepositable by the rude teller named Crystal, and her supervisor. They insisted my employer had made a mistake even tho I have deposited these same checks before, so the teller gets disrespectful and starts blaming me. So I bring it a mile down the road to the other branch and they assured me my check was 100% ok to deposit. So the supervisor and this Crystal girl are turning away loyal customers leaving no option but to close our accounts because our bank won't accept our checks when in reality they do accept them. I am no branch manager but I can assure you Crystal would not be working at my branch much less the front desk. Also would make sure tellers can decipher legit checks from non legit. You can't fake it till you make when your dealing with people's money.

Jim Biles KI5NKJ5I have been going to this branch since it opened. By far the best of any branches I have visited. Great staff at this location. The Branch Manager Vanessa is so very helpful. it's nice to so many friendly faces in one location. Every Time I have been there it was an excellent experience. When you see the same happy faces over time it tells you something about the environment they work in and job satisfaction. More than helpful.

James Wigstrom1I’ve never had a bank that penalizes their members for multiple transactions when in reality only one transaction put my account negative. But because there were 12 or 15 charges pending y’all charged me 275$. I will be moving all my business from this institution very shortly! Oh and right before Christmas! Thanks Keesler for kicking me when I’m down instead of being an uplifting institution of society!

Marquice Brown1Somehow my mobile banking got messed up and it was 5:25 Iiterally on my way and she said she could not help me if I don’t get there before 5:30 I told her I was on my way and she stated I can’t do anything for you. I was in a crisis all my money was locked up and I had no way to get it, till I talked to to my cousin and found out I could go to another credit union and withdrawal my Money. Again it took my cousin to tell me that, she should have told me that. So disappointed and I defiantly will be leaving this bank cause it. Was ridiculous what i went through

Christina Kennedy5There is a wonderful lender there by the name Charmaine Ford and she was amazing! She helped me with everything. I could not have bought my home with out her help. If I needed her at 7pm she would text me back. She answered all my questions and she was there every step of the way. I appreciate her so much! If you are buying a home I suggest you ask for her. She is the real deal.. Thank you Keesler
