  Noble Bank did not have my back during a chargeback dispute even when all my evidence was clear and they did not provide me with my options of arbitration or appealing. I had to babysit them to even get the dispute submitted to the appropriate party and then the reason given wasn't even the reason I gave for the dispute. The merchant tried to hide behind the "no refund policy" and Noble Bank pretty much helped them rip me off. If I buy a pair of 14k gold earring from Ebay and the seller sends me something from a quarter machine, that's okay? That pretty much sums up how I felt and Noble Bank confirmed that that's okay behavior for merchants. The merchant had no address or contact info to even lead on they are a real business. I guess anyone can get a card processing account and provide no information and just start running cards. If you ever need to submit a chargeback make sure you know everything because Noble wont help you. They couldn't provide me no information during the process but boy did they sure send me bills almost daily. If you total up all the paper and postage you spent sending me all those bills you'd be paid.

  Very friendly people and I love the cash back with no monthly fees, but the app is horrible, even after the most recent updates. The system doesn't store the preferences of passcode or fingerprint, nor does it save the username after every session. The app has prompted me reenroll in mobile banking 19 times since I opened my checking account 2 months ago. It did the same with my old Pixel phone, my brand new Samsung phone and my son's old and brand new IPhones. So I know it's not a device issue.

  We applied for a mortgage with Scott Nelson. It was a great experience! He is very quick to respond and provided world class service. He showed us how to provide our documentation so we could help the process go smoothly. NobleBank & Trust has high integrity and values. We are now the owners of a beautiful home.

  This bank is no good!!!! They will just allow anybody to take money out your account! If your ever low on funds they allow bill people to take money even if there isnt enough to cover it.....then charge you for the money that they allowed to be taken!!!! Will not bank with them again!!!!!!! EVER!

  I have had accounts at this bank since 2009. I never have had any issues at all until the last month. Horrible customer service now. Will be moving my money elsewhere.

  Worst possible bank to use for a mortgage loan! They lie to you during the whole process and when you confront them about it, they blame someone/something else. Unless you want a bubble payment and have them lie to you, do not use them.

  Worst banking experience ever, let my account get hacked random phone numbers without even notifying me, took over a month to get me my debit card, requires you to change your password every 6 weeks because their system isn't secure enough if you don't, changed my address to one that doesn't exist without notifying me, the list goes on and on and on. Just do yourself a favor if you are thinking about banking with noble and DON'T DO IT.

  Anniston, Oxford & the new Heflin branches have the most amazing, helpful employees! Anything I have ever needed, from documents to new debit cards have been mine quickly, with a smile!

  The anniston and piedmont branches have the nicest and most helpful employees. Savannah, Nikki, Leslie, Latha, and Haley are all part of the pleasant experiences I've had banking with noble for personal and business accts.
