  Curtis, Marcy., Sharon & Kathy @ the veterans memorial dr location makes doing business so easy and convenient. They are always very nice and professional with a smile. I don’t usually do 5 star cause there is always room to improve but this staff gets a 5 star from me. Keep up the good work.

This is a great place to do business!! The manager, Curtis and his staff are very professional, exceptional customer service and they smile, as they service.   I am a returning customer from some years ago, and did not want to return to the previous location that I was serviced by; Curtis went above and beyond what most would normally do to assist a customer. He succeeded in having my customer account transferred to the Veterans location, and also stayed after close to await my arrival. He is truly a diamond in the rough concerning exceptional customer service. THANKS CURTIS!!!! For your Professionalism, patience, and empathy!

  They want you on your job at least for 6 months very ridiculous to me especially when they’re pulling your credit just to deny you. They’re not even a well known business nor franchise just locally owned. Poor customer service, employees are rude and non professional when you walk in to seek help. Don not go here for a loan

  No Wait Loans treats you like family! They are always there for me! Curtis and his staff always go above and beyond to assist you, whatever your situation may be. I have been going here for years and will continue because they treat you like family!!! Great, fast, friendly customer service you won’t get anywhere else!

  Tried to apply for a loan, was told I would get a call to notify me if I was approved or not within a few minutes to less than an hour. I didnt get a call back at all and when I called to follow up 2 hours later; they told me I was denied. I waited for nothing and they werent even worth it, if you need a loan apply online at LendUp.

  DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVER! They tell u to come in with your receipts to show you paid items that hadnt yet hit yr credit report to show paid then still turn you down saying they have to go by credit report. Then why waste my time n get a hard pull on my credit for nothing! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! RUN 🏃🏃‍♀️

  Horrible place very rude who ever the black lady is that calls to remind you of your payments are rude and she leaves nasty voicemails and makes up things to put on your file things you never said to her I’ll never come to this place again.
