  The team at nj Leander’s is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and efficient. Joseph sada was absolutely AMAZING! His communication with me was timely, and he always had answers to my questions, even if it was not Business hours he got back to me right away. I would also like to recognize Jason he was very helpful. Buying a home is very stressful and Joseph’s warm, caring attitude helped my husband and I get through the process with smiles on our faces:) Highly recommend this company!

  Michael, Joe & Jason - An absolute Dream Team to work with. They were very responsive, efficient and always reachable. They made sure that all deadlines were met and closing happened on time. They spent a lot of time to answer all of our questions. Very clear communication. Moreover, Michael helped us not only mortgage process but guided us through the home renovation project as well.   Mike Bovaird provided above and beyond service for the purchase of my condo. He and his team Jason Obrusniak were readily available at all times. Purchasing a property can be stressful, but Mike made this process seamless. We had some hurdles with the seller, but Mike always had an answer and solution.   Michael, Joseph, Jason and their team are truly amazing at what they do. My husband and I already had a great first experience with our initial mortgage. With how busy life can be, dealing with another task can be daunting, but not with this crew. Everything is laid out in front of you with clear explanations so you don’t have any hesitations while signing/submitting documents. When they called a year later, and told us about a lower market rate, we agreed to refinance with them. Naturally, our second experience was just as smooth as the first. Such a pleasure to work with! Incredibly informative every step of the way, and quick to respond when we did have questions. Great people! Great.
