  From the time I made the first contact with Joseph Sada, he provided me with excellent service. I could not be happier with his work and that of Jason Obrusniak. He was great and clear in communication and had integrity when we encountered a few uphills with underwriting. I would strongly recommend him and NJ Lenders Hoboken. Thank you for the great work! Other places I called for quote could not believe that NJ Lenders was offering such a competitive rate and they all told me there should be a scam somewhere. Now that we have closed the deal, I can attest everything was perfect.

  Michael was extremely helpful, taking the time to personally understand our situation and goals as first-time home buyers. He walked us through the math, showing us how to maximize our renovation ability while minimizing the overall loan costs. He and his team made it easy to gather all the necessary documentation and keep it updated throughout the process, and were helpful and accommodating when the inevitable complications arose. They were all incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, answering every question we could think of. If we do find ourselves in the market again, Michael will be our first call!

  What can I say about NJ Lenders? They are absolutely the best in the business! Michael Bovaird and his team are amazing, and I highly recommend them! I recently just refinanced my mortgage with them and had the pleasure of working with Joseph Sada throughout the whole process. He was on top of everything and was available at the drop of a hat whenever I had a question. Organization is key during a refinance and Joseph managed the entire process seamlessly.   Overall, I would definitely recommend Michael's Team for any mortgage needs. Michael took the time out to thoroughly explain the best options that best fits our lifestyle. He asked the right and thoughtful questions in order for us to make the decision for our needs. His team (Jason and Joseph) was truly amazing and very attentive and detailed throughout the entire process. Transparency for us was a really important aspect of the home purchase and Michael's Team demonstrated that throughout the mortgage process. The one area that I can possibly see further growth is more frequent communication between different parties involved in the purchase process to create a seamless process as there are different levels of understanding of purchasers in the deal.
