      Have used this location with the past 2 cars that I purchased. I purchased most recent car from another dealership-wrong move, Would not return to that dealership, service there is impersonal, ect. Red Bank, excellent service, professional and polite. Them seem very happy to provide the service. They still book appointments. Glad to be back

      I didn't like the way I was treated this time round! It was my third time stopping by with a 2017 Nissan that I lease from you but still the issue was not handled. The "check engine soon" light has been on for over a month. When I stopped by the first time, it was late and indeed I had not made an appointment. The service agent told me that I would be waiting for two hours because they were backed up. That I appreciated and came back another day for oil change and checking the engine. The service agent didn't care about checking the engine; he just had the oil changed and assured me the light would disappear. I drove less than a mile and voila! the light was back on. I drove back to report it and was told I would have to wait for at least an hour before taking the car in for checking. I then set up an appointment and met that appointment today. I waited for an hour and a half before checking with the service agent what had been found out. To my surprise, the car was not yet into the shop and the service agent had not cared to tell me what was going on. On inquiring, I was asked to wait for at least another half hour before my car would be taken in. I left in disgust and will see whether I will get the car serviced at another Nissan dealership closer to me. I have been leasing cars from you since 2008 but I can't keep wasting my gas and time like that. I'm thinking about looking somewhere else for the next lease.

      After a horrible experience at another dealership I was reluctant to start the process all over again. Paul was so considerate . I just recently lost my hearing and Paul made sure I understood everything. Even offer me a break if I needed one. With this being said I am completely sold on all of the safety features. Carly showed me how to use everything and told me to come back anytime if I had any questions!!!! My husband and I have a business and my experience was “ this is the way you do business “ !       After an initial missed correspondence, Mike D and the rest of the Red Bank crew stepped up their game big time after another shady dealership delivered me a dented and gouged car and dropped the ball. I go through new cars all the time. Between my wife and I this was personal car buying experience #19 and my review is give this crew the opportunity to earn your business before you go anywhere else. The price was right and on par with NJ competition. More importantly, the experience was done right. Car inspection, delivery and presentation were done right, as was the customer service and general atmosphere of the dealership. Well done NWoRB, very nice buying experience!

      My Rogue was on a recall list for the emergency braking system. Instead of a letter informing me of the recall, I received a phone call from my dealer telling me about the recall and an appointment was set up for two days later. I appreciate the personal touch of the phone call. The service on my vehicle was completed at the scheduled time and within the time I was quoted by the service department. All personnel were very friendly and efficient.

      Went in to price out some cars, and spoke with Ally. The pricing wasn’t quite right for me, but Ally provided absolutely EXCEPTIONAL service and is such a genuine person. I will definitely recommend that all my friends and family looking into Nissan products to come in and specifically request her - I truly can’t say enough great things about the quality of service she provided!

They are GREAT we also purchased a car in Denville They were HORABLE felt like we were taken advantaged of and definitely PAID TOO MUCH.

      I went in to have an oil change and was planning on waiting. I told the wait would be approximately one hour but them was informed that my car had a recall that would take multiple hours to fix. I was offered a loaner car that I used until later in the day which worked out even better

      I actually went in to this Nissan for an oil change. Service was great as usual and I will certainly be returning for my service needs. When I went in to use the restroom, I noticed a Maxima that I immediately fell in love with so I decided to crunch some numbers while I was there. Sadly, Nissan of Red Bank was unable to even come close to meeting my financial needs in order to purchase this vehicle. Fortunately, I went to another dealer the same day and was able to get practically the same car within my price range. Needless, to say I am happy in my new car but I will likely not be returning to Nissan for purchasing.

      The 5 STAR goes to Tony Holland, the salesperson at Nissan, Red Bank who was very knowledgeable, caring, professional, polite and patiently answered all our inquiries. The sale process with Tony was extremely smooth and I was really happy until I had to deal with Carl Oliveira the business/finance manager, a real terror and embarrassment to Nissan. Carl was was extremely pushy in attempting to sell expensive, useless maintenance warranties giving us the message that the quality of Nissan cars are so bad that you need a 6 years warranty and start paying for it on the first day of the purchase of your brand new Nissan !! His high pressure sale, rude attitude when I refused to sign his paper and even a racist remark he made to me after I finally gave up and signed for an optional Gap warranty/contract for $895 just to shut him off ! left me real unhappy when I finally left Nissan
