      Our business was with M Bank for years and we were happy. Since the Nicolet take over I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. Seems like a real lack of attention to customer service

      I worked with John H. In the eagle river branch, new construction loan and he was a pleasure to work with. He kept me in the loop through the entire 12 months and personally helped out when I encountered bumps in the road. I think banks are banks but John made it personal and I truly believe he was on my side. Highly recommend John!!

      Fairly good. Positive: They weren't involved in the Housing Loan Mess!!👍👏 Sudden changes to account minimums, & reactivation fee's have burned me in the past. Haven't tried asking for Loans, so no info there. Wish I knew how to talk with them about investing stuff though.✌

      A nice small-town bank. Ideal for older people, but the younger generation will be frustrated with the lack of basic amenities like "mobile deposit".
