      Terrible communication. Would not hear back from lender for days and days when purchasing my first home. Now two years later, I reached out to talk refinancing. thought I'd give them another chance. It's been 13 days!! Hello??? the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they do work with WHEDA on a new home buyers program.

      Didn't care at all that I made a super honest mistake. Theres no common sense or compassion in big banks to care to help you. They just want to make money off of you that's why they have to stick to policies I'm sure.

      Is it possible to leave less than 1 star? I received a call yesterday at 3:02 saying there was fraudulent activity on my account, they need to reset my passwords and will call me back with the new # and they want me to check my accounts. I never got a call back. Today I will be looking for a new bank.
