  Over the course of our listing and selling our property with Nick, we got to know him very well. Not only was he able to help both parties walk away happy, but he helped us do it with an unconventional deal which I don't think any other realtor would have thought of--much less suggested. If you are looking to list your property, get it sold, AND most importantly WALK AWAY HAPPY then Nick is your guy. Separate from him as an agent, he is also just an all-around helpful man with a good heart who I am happy to recommend! That's a loaded statement which I could rant about forever, instead you'll just have to trust me. I am writing this review over a year after our sale, yes I am still this jazzed about my results.   Best agent I ever had and I am an ex lawyer, one among many of the impressive things was he was always on my side . I knew he had my back we he told me how we could void the contract if necessary, in other words he never tried to sell me or push me into a closing I may have been unsure about.
