  I give this place a bad review, if u want a up front honestly place to help u out this is not the place. U give them all your personal info, they tell u they have to wait till next day ok, understandably I needed then tho. So i wait all the next day. No call back, so i call & ask them how's the loan going, they tell me its still processing. So I ask why is it taking so long. There next reply was that i had said not to process, not what i said. I said i really needed that night. So her next reply was they can't process it. So don't waste your time giving this company your info or time. So now they have all my info to pass on to other. Thanks for nothing signature loan services. I will be reporting there bad attitude & services to the BBB.

  I have dealt with several loan services. This is, by far, the best company I have ever dealt with in my life. Even their sister stores are not as good as the others. Signature Loan Services has a better acceptance than other "Loan Lady" locations. By now my debt that stopped me from getting loans from other locations has dropped significantly, I still would not use them.

  Do not trust these crooks! I never received any calls from them and completely forgot about them. They never sent me mail. Now I’m getting sued for 179 dollars!really? Next time just pick up the phone and call!

  The Signature Loan office at 15 th and Sheridan have really done an excellent job with customer service care and have been personally so nice and friendly. They helped me above any loan office I’ve ever been to in getting a personal loan . Thank you .
