  Today Justin at Newton Nissan here in Gallatin just went way above in helping me when my car broke down at home. He sent Wilson out to my house 4 miles away which saved me a tow bill with the part to fix my car that was under recall and fixed it in my driveway. I didn't even buy the car from them. I will buy my next car from them. Thank you guys so much😀👍

  Brennan Alton was our salesman and he was excellent. He listened to our request and was very helpful in finding exactly what we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.

  Robert , my sales rep made me feel comfortable and he was very professional and on point about everything, he explained everything , it was fast and he had me out of there in no time , i really love my 2020 Nissan Rogue and if anybody looking to buy a new car or SUV, I Highly Recommend Newton Nissan Of Gallatin.   I had a great experience with Buck Buchanan at Newton Nissan. He was very personable and informative. The test drive route was well planned and enabled you to have time to get a feel for the vehicle. He was quick to answer all questions regarding the car. Anthony, in the finance department, also made the paperwork portion of the purchase fast and painless. I highly suggest using their service if you're in need of a new or used vehicle. Purchasing a car is definitely a lot easier when you are able to work with wonderful people like them. --Dana Tri

  My first trip to the dealership was great! Jerry approached me and provided excellent customer service by going and getting the vehicles I wanted to look at, taking me on a test drive, and answering all of my questions. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, Jerry was great in speaking to my fiance over the phone (out of state) and negotiating a price that we were comfortable with. I was a little disappointed, however, when I went in to finalize the financing and purchase of the vehicle. I was originally told that I could receive 1.89% financing on a certified pre-owned Murano, but then was told at the last minute that rate was for Altimas only. There was a very long wait from the time I worked with Jerry until I met with Bruce to go over the financing and sign the paperwork. Bruce was very nice and personable, however I wasn't 100% sure he was giving me the lowest possible interest rate and price for the warranty. Overall, I had a good experience with Newton Nissan and I love my certified pre-owned 2012 Nissan Murano! Alicia Moralee

  Our salesman was very upfront and didn't play the "salesman game". Being in sales myself, it was nice to go in and be able to put our expectations on the table and not have to go back and forth to get to the goal. I am EXTREMELY happy with this experience.

  Paul Dillard was very honest and upfront. He was able to answer any questions we had. He gave us the lowest possible price and was well within its value. I haven't had any dealership experience as stress free as this. Dave Holle was very friendly as well and was more than willing to explain the fine details.

  Very good experience. Both Dave Gomes & Matt Jenkins were amazing. They worked with me to get into a vehicle I needed and explained everything every step of the way. They gave me a full tour of the dealership and service department and explained how to come in for services.

  I had an appointment for 10:00 am and after I checked in my car, I had not heard from anyone at 11:30 so I went back into the service area to get an update. I was told my adviser was Mitchell and he was called to the service area. When he arrived,we agreed to flush the brake fluid since it was due and agreed it would take an hour. This was at 11:30. At 1:00 after I not heard an update, I went back into the service area where Mitchell was called and it was determined he had gone to lunch while I'm sitting waiting for my vehicle. This was a horrible experience and while many other customers seemed to getting a good amount of communication about the status of the car, I struggled to get anything. My experiences is at other dealership they will typically tell you when you car has entered the service bay just to let the customer known its status. What was super frustrating is I wasn't a walk in, I had a appointment. I wont go back and will take my business elsewhere.
