  It was an amazing experience working with Andy, I would recommend him to everyone. The rates are the lowest out there. Andy was very responsive even on weekends and after work hours. We did one refinance and then purchase a new home with them, it’s a very good company!

  Absolutely terrifying experience. If you want to be put through the ringer at a closing, this is the group you want to select. Currently we are dealing with a team of underwriters who have poured on additional conditions in the 11th hour, including demanding banking history for transfers between our personal accounts. We are supposed to close tomorrow or forfeit our $40k escrow and the Regional manager told our broker that, "We are still trying to see if we can make it happen for tomorrow…. Docs will not be out tonight for sure"..... This is after they caused the issue themselves. Oh, I almost forgot to mention they are charging us daily to lock our rate event though the loan should have closed on Monday. I knew I should have shopped around more. My local bank was able to beat the rate, the points, and the LTV. I am in complete agreement with the review left by Almir.

  I was in the market to refinance. The goal was simply to lower my payment and not take any cash out. Jacob at Newfi lending was extremely helpful from the start until the very end. Ultimately ended up saving just under $300 a month on my payment. Couldn’t be happier.

  Andy was exceptional in working with us to get our loan approved. We went through several iterations for different reasons. He was patient and knowledgeable to guide us and enable us to make the best informed decisions. This is our second loan with Andy. We will definitely go to him again if we need to finance in the future. He is the best.
