I have been to this store a couple of times I have pawned things when I was in a bad situation. However I was recently in there and the lady behind the glass was more than rude extremely lazy and unwilling to get off the phone long enough to even give me a price on something I was very interested in it wasn't anything that was waiting to be cleared by the popo it was out on the floor with everything else that is for sale she really wanted to go home is what she said to me and didn't want to turn the computer on to find out a price far as I'm concerned Williamsport could do better without this place

I live across the street from this shop and they do good business. The guy that works there is friendly, knowledgeable and can work with you. However, he's only one of two shopkeepers and the other is a somewhat rude older woman. If she's behind the counter I recommend coming back another day - the guy is much more likely to buy your items or give you a better deal - plus no one wants to be treated rudely 🙃

Don't know what kind of place is but came here today the lady behind the counter asked what can I do for you I said I'm into vintage games Nintendo 64 Super Nintendo she said we don't have any of those then I looked over and there was three stacks of Nintendo 64 games 5 feet beside her on the Shelf 1 star would be too much I think she just couldn't find herself to move out of the chair

      Response from the owner

Unfortunately things that are not out for sale are in a hold. Everything purchased has to be held to clear a police protocol and in abiding by the law, technically we don’t own anything that has not cleared the hold. I am sure if you had inquired further as to what the games were in the back shelf we would have given you the explanation at that time. Apologies for the confusion but maybe next time instead of assuming, just ask. Thank you, Management.

Place looks greats but the service sucks. Went in today to see how much I can get for my speakers and the old lady working there started out just rude. "What do you want?" I simply asked her how much will I get for my such and such speakers and she shrugged her shoulder saying "how much are you looking for" ask for a reasonable price and she said "get out you are wasting my time." Didn't even make offer a price or anything.

When you get asked. "What do you want" in the most rude tone from a small ugly grouch behind the counter should be an immediate sign to take your business elsewhere. Unless you gotta get rid of the stolen goods fast :p

Went to sell a ring. $3000 diamond ring from kays..the woman didn’t want to see any actual specs on it she just made her “best guess” and then claimed the diamonds weren’t worth anything and only wanted the band for basically nothing. Total waste of time and clearly no real idea of judging jewelry

      Response from the owner

Unfortunately this is an all too common reaction in the realm of jewelry. When a customer purchases a piece of retail jewelry more often than not the value is decided by a host of inflationary influences which are in no way based in real value. In evaluating the secondary value we consider real tangible factors such as intrinsic metal value and wholesale market price. The disparity between retail price and actual value is so large a gap that it is nearly impossible to reach an equally acceptable compromise. The frustration of the customer, while understandable, is misplaced and should be directed at the responsible parties. Either the retailer for misrepresenting the actual value or the consumer for failing to perform due diligence. Thank you, Mark.

Son was starting a coin collection. The woman working was great. She explained the history of some of the coins and even gave him a few extra coins with our purchase. Will visit again.

I took your advice on which phone and console to buy, and I couldn't be happier with these products! The cross-compatibility is exactly what I needed! It's the first time in years that everything just works together.

      Response from the owner

That's wonderful to hear Michael. We may not carry every product or be able to purchase every item a customer may bring but we always try to enhance your ability in finding what you need.
