  I've had this agency for several years and have had several problems over the years. I'm a contractor and have several work vehicles through them , my personal vehicles, homeowners and my general liability insurance. Recently my printer was out of ink and by law I am required to carry my up to date or current policy with me at all times, so I asked for a copy of my policy and very rudely they told me I wasn't allowed to have a copy of my own policy that I pay for. These people have a lot to learn about how PROOF of insurance works or what it even means. Needless to say since I'm not allowed to have a copy of my policy I took all my business to an insurance agency that understood that I am required to carry PROOF that I'm insured

  These people can barely fill out their own paperwork, they added drivers to the wrong car on my policy. Made spelling errors on the proof cards. Never added collision like I asked. And they were charging me more for my 1995 Buick than the 2004 BMW. I fired them and switched back to progressive.

  Do not go here, they and Progressive are crooks, have had Progressive insurance for years and 2 months ago they jacked my rates up to $300 a month for minimum insurance trying to force me to pay for PIP medical saying my health insurance does not cover. I am now paying $19 a month.

  First class agency! I have found their entire staff to be professional, knowledgeable and customer-focused. I highly recommend Newaygo Insurance - they handle all my commercial and personal insurance and do an excellent job.

  Days of waiting for a quote to add another vehicle on current policy. Warned of policy increase if I made a $1500 claim on my vehicle. Never a ticket or claim into years of driving.

  We've had nothing but good experiences with Newaygo Insurance. When we switched they found multiple holes in our previous policy and remedied that. When we review our coverage, I always feel informed but never feel pressured.
