  The worst credit union I have ever dealt with, I have been trying to close my account for 2 1/2 months. I have done the form submitted my ID and nothing has happened I have left several messages and spoken to several workers no one has ever returned my call as promised. I would not recommend this place to my dog!!!! I will try to contact their corporate office before I get help from the media.

  I have been a member only just a few months with NFFCU and so far my experience has been great and the staff has been very helpful though the process these people have been very professional and helpful with the knowledge of explaining how credit union is helping people like myself improve my credit thanks to them they have help me establish my credit; very happy and satisfied customer .

  My experience with nfcu is when something goes wrong with their system and your loan payments don't get paid in time you get blamed for late payments... which effects your credit score or from getting other loans through them... they never take the blame... so my experience haven't been so good

  They charge you for late fees even when you’re out on disability and your payment is being paid by the insurance company also the lady in the loan department has very nasty attitude she doesn’t call you when you leave messages she even hangs up on you. She must be someone’s family member she doesn’t know her job and can’t even explain anything but yet she is still there

  Are you missing money? Can't get a hold of anyone? No one will return your phone calls to answer urgent questions? I need a human to speak with or will start posting more information and naming names.

  I have no problems with this bank I see Tasha for anything I may need and she’s a great help! Sweet woman !
