  Maybe when people are going through financial hardships because it’s expensive to just be alive right now.. your staff could be more empathetic instead of tellling me when and how I should be making my payments.. it’s my money.. if I’m making the due dates what does it matter? That woman was very rude and I don’t need that right now. I have a full plate and I’m on top of it. She doesn’t need to act like my mother. No thanks.

  I’ve had newreach for 8 loans. They have always charged huge interest rates they had over extended me credit at one point that messed me up. Still have a loan now and paying on that. At first I liked the company but they take advantage and all about money. And call stay 5 min late on a payment. I would definitely not use them unless you had to. Plus on my second car they screwed my credit all up and they gave me a 200 gift card so I wouldn’t say any thing out sue

  Hate to even leave one star. I had my car financed with them for over two years in which I never had one late payment. I recently traded my car in for a truck and called New Reach to inform them that they would be receiving a check for the remainder of the loan on the car and to not pull the car payment off my account. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional and said he would still be pulling the payment. I had to go close my debit card at my bank. Now I will spend the rest of my day updating all my payments with my new debit card info. Such a pain! Don’t do buisness with these people!! Rude rude rude!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. During the duration of my 3 year loan I had only 2 issues come up with them and both were handled horribly and unprofessionally by Bob G. One issue being that they collected my monthly payment a week and a half earlier than my usual automatic payment date one month, sending my bank account into the negative. When I called about it I was informed that it had actually happened to everyone. They blatantly did not care, nor try to fix the situation. After that I canceled my automatic payment set up and opted to physically bring cash payment into their Brewer office for the remainder of my loan, to which I was greeted by a pleasant, polite woman named Heather every single time. Second issue was when I paid the auto loan off, I waited nearly TWO MONTHS to receive the title to my vehicle which never came. I called, and once again was greeted by a very rude, arrogant Bob G who said “I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t give you something I don’t have” and when I asked about getting a replacement title said to me “I don’t think you’re listening to what I’m telling you.” Now I’m in the process of having to apply for, PAY for out of my own pocket, and wait even longer for a replacement title to a vehicle I paid off nearly 3 months ago. I used to recommend this Darlings program to everyone looking for a new car, now absolutely not. Bob single handedly made this the worst auto loan experience I’ve ever had to deal with.

  Just paid off my loan with New Reach last week. was a perfect loan experience. They very pleasant to deal with, and never had any issues over duration of my 3yr loan.. Thanks New Reach Financial

  I would have given them a fifty star rating just a few months ago. I had a loan with them through Darlings and never missed a payment. Even paid off my vehicle early. I was told, in the beginning, that once I paid off a loan it would be much easier to get another one next time. NOT TRUE!!!! Even though my income was more now than it was then, I was denied. I am VERY disappointed in them and would tell anyone else DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIE THAT IF YOU PAY OFF YOUR LOAN ON TIME OR EARLY THAT THEY WILL BE SO READY, WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK WITH YOU AGAIN! Sad. But Fact.

  Never actually been there but was financed through Rotary Auto. Really no issues with them but feel I was charged way to much for the vehicle I have, more Rotary than them. Financed me when no one else would.

  I love the guys at New Reach. They are very understanding and understand sometimes life issues come up. I have 2 cars threw them right now and have never once had a issue.

  Financed my car through them last year easy to pay my payment short and sweet
