  To start this location is never open. The lady that is there walked very slow to open the door cause it was "locked" , to open so I can make a payment. Professionalism lacks when your from another location. Very unwilling to help and has attitude because she thinks better than everyone else. When I paid she couldn't even produce proper change, because they are so money poor. I asked for the manager and she said, again unprofessional she's at lunch. Very unwilling rude and pathetic.

  A couple of emergencies came up last month, and it was super easy to come take out another loan. Margarita is always pleasant and professional, and Janet (who I often work with also) is too. So nice to see them both again! though the circumstances aren't the best.
