  Don't bank here my banking card was stolen and they wanna charge me $10 to replace my card ridiculous! bank elsewhere when tacconet was in charge they were great new dimensions sucks....soooooooooo many fees I was never charged before.

  Was lied to by the vice president of this institution, in order to get us locked into a high vehicle payment. She assured us we could refinance for a much smaller payment after 6 months, then told us what we owed was far more than the vehicle value. We had a large roll over to begin with, and she had to of known it when she told us we could refinance in 6 months. Took me over a half an hour just to get a manager to approve raising my spending limit on my debit card, and over all just can't seem to trust them to follow through with what they say. Decided to find a place to handle our business account that appreciates our business.

  My family has been a member of Taconnet for a very long time. My father's account number was a single digit and mine was a double. It was always a community owned family oriented credit union. I was against the merge with New Dimensions and it is proving to be my instinct was correct. The quality of service has gone way down, I swear I don't see the same person twice at the Winslow branch. Most of the staff that was there, aren't any longer. The policies change every time I turn around. To now be just a number is not what I consider a friendly place. There are a small number of the "taconnet" staff somewhere I believe but it's not a place I enjoy going to any more. Friendliness is not there, the feeling that one belongs and had an ownership in is no longer there. Grown too big.

  Was a prior employee of Taconnet FCU years ago and I know the members were part of the CU family. With this merger "family" no longer exists. Disappointed is an understatement!!

  Poor Customer Service in ALL Departments. Go anywhere else but here. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT Obviously.

  I like New Dimensions FCU because of the personalized treatment. Unlike many other large banks they always speak to me by name and are very friendly and helpful. They have helped me so much with my personal banking and now some of my family has even switched over!

  Worst bank ever! Took over Taconnet credit union. Saying we can’t continue to use our debit card connected to our savings account. Taking all my business elsewhere!!!!!

  Told me I can’t make payments over the phone anymore for security purposes. So now I drive 45 minutes to make a payment and they didn’t even check a single form of ID. That was my first time ever even being in that bank.

  Gone down hill for sure. Wife has perfect payment history with them and was denied a loan on a car at 1/2 book value. Time to look for a new place to do business with.
