      My experiences with New Century Bank have been stellar. Over the past 2 years, I have had significant interactions with at least 5 or 6 employees of the bank, and they have all been courteous, helpful, professional and competent. When they have been busy, they're apologized for taking a day to get back to my inquiries or requests, which is almost unheard of. Overall, they have made what could have been a very drawn out and stressful experience an absolute joy.
