      The worst company EVER! 4 months $700 later and the loan agent "ghosted " us. Ended up refinancing with someone else. It took less than 30 days and no money involved. The BBB gave them an A+ rating. Not sure how, because there are a lot of complaints on file. This was a $700 mistake that I know I will never get back.

      Terrible experience with a home refinance. Over a 5 month period, company dragged their feet asking for info, receiving info, then asking for same info again on multiple occasions from both me and my insurance company. A complete waste of time and money working with this company. There are better options out there for your financial needs!

      This lender did the same to us as the previous review stated. STAY AWAY!! They denied us a loan because my husband was not taking out monthly dividends from his pension and telling us we were $500 short a month to secure the loan with a down payment of $55,000. Which is more than 20% and the house we were looking to buy was $100,000 more than our current house - which is paid for. Didn't make sense. If we felt we couldn't afford the house we would not be looking to buy and put that kind of money down just to lose it. These people are IDIOTS!! They don't deserve a 1-star but I was unable to post without checking one.

      Worst experience ever! The lender has been dragging their feet at closing, which has caused my closing date to be pushed out 5 times so far!! The lender has no sense of urgency in getting anything done along with being painfully unprofessional(Hector)! Find a different FHA lender, they will just string you along!
