      Most banks and other locations if Citizens Bank very impersonal ; however this particular branch the entire staff under the Branch Manager Hashim Saleh are excellent . Bradley helped as well. There are always situations like ATM issues which Hashim helped me tremendously with . When you enter any business , the employees are true reflection of that business. Are they happy , professional or rude . Zoe( I hope got spelling correct) is a true gem . She brightens people day, has a beautiful outlook towards life , great personality and us an asset to citizens . Citizens Bank give her a promotion and as well as raise . They made 3 meters that are free specific for bank . Never had an issue with parking . Inside front door the ATM IS LOCATED.

      They don't even deserve 1 star. I F**king HATE Citizens bank!!!! Never had so many problems with a bank in my life and never got Screwed over so much!! They didn't cover everything with how my account was set up so I was in the hole for months and didn't even know! And now I can't pull money out of my account to get a damn roof over my head!!!! Even after I've called to allow the money pulled out!!! F**K YOU CITIZENS BANK!!!! GO TO F**KING HELL!!!! I'm going back to TD Bank when I move back to New Jersey!!!
