  I have worked with Todd at the first home I was under contract with. He was the builders "Preferred Lender" and coincidentally my realtors choice in loan officer. I wound up getting out of the deal and went with a private builder and I asked if we could keep him since he already had my information. When the prices of lumber went up the private builder couldn't build the house without asking to raise the price (out of my comfort zone), so I was able to get out of that deal and He stayed with me through my 3rd and final home. He and his team were awesome, they didn't hassle me or flood my message for items. Even days before closing they only asked for updated info. I highly recommend him. The process was very smooth! If I ever purchase another home, he will be the loan officer I call!

  Todd Blake and his team was a pleasure to work with in closing my mortgage. as a veteran I have heard many stories about how difficult it could be working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the mortgage companies because of the special paperwork that is required. I was pleased, that Todd already had experience closing VA loans. I would recommend Todd and his team to any of my friends and family especially those who are veterans.
